The large front windows and the open floor plan make for a bright and sunny holiday escape. The fully equipped living and kitchen areas are joined by a breakfast bar counter. There is a full bathroom located off the living room and the sofa folds out into a double bed for extra sleeping space. Both levels have high ceilings with the upper level ceilings reaching up to 13 feet.
Each level has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 3-piece en-suite marble bathroom and a private back terrace. The second bedroom has either two twin beds or a king size bed. They each have a closet with shelves that ensure ample storage.
The bedrooms are very quiet as they overlook a large banyan tree and cenote. With the windows open, you can enjoy the sea breeze flowing through your room. The living, dining, and all bedrooms of the villa are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Both levels have an in-suite washer and dryer, a safe for your valuables, Sky satellite TV, a DVD player and wireless high speed internet along with Ethernet data ports.
We also provide extras such as tennis rackets, beach umbrella, cooler and beach chairs for your enjoyment.
